When you submit a lesson request, we collect the information you provide, such as a parent or guardian name, email address, phone number and lesson interests.
For a prospective student under 13, a parent or guardian must submit the request. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13 through this form.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss lessons and provide requested services. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and security
We share information only when needed to operate our services, comply with law or protect our rights. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting us. We may retain information when required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
