Playing in one of our Local Teenage South Florida Bands is an opportunity for our more experienced students to show off their talents. Typically each band has 4 or more performers: one or more on guitar, another on the keyboard and vocals and another one on drums. Many of the Weston Teen Bands at ProMusic include Jazz instruments such as saxophone, trumpet and clarinet. Our local teen bands meet together and learn how to be a band once a week for $20. ProMusic Plus provides these teen bands in Sunrise with performance opportunities in the community. Garage band is offered to our existing private students first, but is also available to students not currently enrolled for $30 per band practice. Participation criteria is determined by instructor evaluations of the students. It takes a commitment to be in a group. And don’t forget, practice is in our “garage” not yours?

Guitar Classes and Drum Lessons in Weston Florida

Music Lessons are required prior to joining any of our Weston teen bands.  Many Garage Band members at ProMusic Plus continue to take private guitar classes, as well as piano, violin, voice or Drum Lessons. For the best guitar, piano and drum lessons in South Florida, Weston’s own ProMusic Plus cannot be beat. • Garage band is $20 per student, per week that they meet
• Non-students of ProMusic Plus will pay $30 per student, per week that they meet.
• Weston Teen Bands play for local Charitable Events in our community at no cost if available
• Our Weston Teen band called Full Coverage plays Rock, Reggae, and Pop.
• Our Jazz Teen Band plays covers and tunes from the past to present.  Always a great show!
